In the summer I have oily skin so I don’t like to use soaps with a lot of moisture in them, because it causes my skin to become really oily, and my face looks as though someone has just threw a bucket of oil all over my face. I have been using Kiss My Face Olive Bar Soap and it works wonders. It gives my face just the right amount of moisture that it needs. Olive oil is a light moisturizer. I believe this soap would be also good for people who have acne. I don’t get those dreaded painful pimples that also come along when you have too much moisture. This is a great soap to use in the summer. It’s nice and light. Plus, it lathers up pretty good too. The color of the soap is a dark green. It doesn’t have a strong smell either, and the 8 oz. bar lasts a while too. It’s a good soap you can use all over your body too. I just focused on the face, because many people have oily skin and they don’t know what kind of soap will be good for it. It really is a good soap to use for your skin. It’s all natural and it has no harsh chemicals. It’s really a soap the whole family can use and enjoy. It’s very gentle on the skin. There’s really nothing negative about this soap. It’s a pretty big bar though. If you consider that a negative. I know some people don’t like really big bars. You just might want to keep a bar in the shower.

Help I’ve drunk some bleach!?…  Ok I just asked a question about whether i should drink some diluted bleach cos it’s all i had to drink. Someone said that I should so I tried some and I don’t feel very good now. I can’t go to hospital because I don’t live near one and my phone is down, what should I do? Also can I sue the girl that said I should drink the bleach cos I wouldn’t have done it otherwise? Really sick :(

After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.

For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed. – Douglas B

What’s wrong with my ankle?…  I hurt my ankle, but there’s no swelling or bruising at all but it does hurt pretty bad. Its tough to walk on but it doesn’t hurt to stand. It hurts on the outside part of my ankle. How long will it take to heal and what do you think is wrong with it? Thank you.

Why do I sleep so much?!?…  I’m never really tired, I’m not depressed, and I’m kind of active I work alot and when I don’t I swim or go walk with friends I’m 16 and a normal summer night for me sleeping is 3:30am-12:30pm and for school it’s 11:00-5:40am
alright no during school I get no sleep but it’s summer and I sleep from like 3:30am to 12:30pm

1)   Umm… 11.00 – 5.40 is not a lot of sleep. It’s less then eight hours which is the reccommended sleep time for teenagers. I sleep around 1am – 10/11am weekends, and summer about 11-2 till 10am. School night would be 10.45-7.05 for me

You get less then 8 hours. A average teenager is meant to get around 10 hours of sleep. I get around 10. Im not tired. (i am at the moment because im ill) But you sleep fine. You should be getting more sleep! x – Molly

3)   You may be tired for a couple different reasons: diet,amount of sleep, and/or lifestyle. Eating healthy can help your body stay awake longer and 8 hours of sleep is recommend. Another thing with sleeping is if you hit your REM style which is the best form of sleep, not sleeping in the right sleep cycle can make you tired as well. Seeing a sleep doctor for a sleep test would be a good idea if nothing else works. The last thing is lifestyle, if you are really active you may need more sleep then the average teenager. The last thing I would recommend is always going to sleep and waking up around the same time. This will teach your body when to sleep and when to be awake. I’m supposed to get a CT scan, but they won’t tell me the price. Why?…  My insurance won’t necessarily cover this, so I need to know the price of the CT scan. But when I call, they tell me to make an appointment and I’ll know the price when I see the bill afterwards. Don’t people usually tell you how much something costs before you buy it? Why is it such a big secret in the medical world?

My arms hurt still from 2 days after doing quite alot of pushups from 2 days ago?…  My left arm was hurting yesterday but today its both arms, and my left arm is hurting like crazy and right arm is just a little pain. Is this normal?

8)   Take a nice warm bath as it will make all your entire body to relax. It will sooth your aching muscles. You’ll feel great after your warm bath. You can even get your radio or iPod and some portable speakers and place them away from the bath water area. A wam bath will make you muscles relax and allow you to get some well needed sleep. – Roz

Any really good tips falling asleep fast?…  I exercise in the morning, I’m active during the day, I don’t drink caffeine or have sugar within four hours of when I go to bed, I just have a hard time falling asleep. Does anybody have a technique they use for easy falling asleep?

I got electric shock?…  What i was doing was my lamp fell over and i went to pick it up and i put it back on the table, i flipped the switch on and off and the light bulb did not light up so i took the bulb out and looked around to see if anything was broken where the lightbulb. i then (what an idiot i am) touched the socket and unfortunately, the current was turned on and i got electric shock, my finger when i touched it shot away from the socket like a bullet and i felt like my heart jumped. this happened like a week ago, im kinda worried something may be wrong with my heart. i have not felt any abnormalities or differences in my health at all, but i wanna play it safe and ask someone

6)   I have little shocks like this all the time, its no big deal. If your heart pulse feels normal now, your fine. If there was a problem you’d know. If your worried i’d go to a school (if in school or college) or a work nurse and get your pulse checked, that should confirm that your just fine. 2)   Go to bed, make it as dark as possible. Keep your eyes open instead of shut. 4)   Take a warm bath as it will relax you. Then put some soft instrumental music on that will turn off automatically after it’s done. Get on some freshly laundered PJs and that bath should have helped you drift off into dream-land. – Roz

5)   usually people have trouble sleeping because they have to much on just their mind. Try thinking of just one thing. When I have trouble sleeping every night for a while, I switch sides. (If my head is my the door Iay on the other side so my head is by he wall.) not sure how much sense that made, but hope it helped – needed help for a while now.

Having surgery tomorrow? Will weed show up in the pee test?…  I am having surgery tomorrow and it is a routine pre-op task to do pee tests on girls over 14/menstruating to check for pregnancy. Will marijuana show up on this urine test even though they arnt checking for it?
