4) Your back pain is caused by pinched muscles in your back and they have to be freed up to get rid of the pain. Here’s how to release those muscles to do that:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly press on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
Your neck pains are caused by tight muscles in your neck and they need to be released to get rid of those pains and here’s how to do that:
Neck
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your head. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about two minutes, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds.
For best results with both relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed. – Douglas B

6) In general if you have an injury or inflammation the treatment for the first 48 hours is cold compresses (ice directly on skin increases the risk of frost bite which is considered a burn) for 20 minute intervals and Nonsteroidal Anti Imflamatory Drugs (NSAIDs) like Ibuprofen or Naproxen as directed. A pharmacist or your doctor can recommend if this should be taken. After the 48 hours warm moist compresses (if the cold help, alternate with warm) for up to 4 hours at a time. Massage and warm compresses may help if you are having spasms. Neck pain could be muscle spasm, arthritis in the neck vertebrae, pinched nerves or a disc out of place. If the pain persists seek your doctors advice. – chiprn2002

Question 4
Monthly wrist pain only in right wrist?… For at least a few years now only my right wrist has been getting monthly (so it seems) pains that last for a couple weeks, then goes away. It only hurts right where that bone is that sticks up in the middle a little when I turn my wrist downward (like a praying mantis for visual description). It also hurts the most when I do as such, and especially worst when I press on it. I ride a motorcycle, use my computer a lot, used to wrestle, and hardly write anymore. The tendons themselves dont hurt, just the joint part. This is also my hitting hand. I sometimes hit walls when I get really angry typically hard enough to create golf ball sized swelling on the knuckle, but never have I broken it (as far as I know). If it was carpal tunnel then wouldnt the tendons hurt instead? I cant really afford to have my doctor look at it as I dont have insurance. And its only once a month or 2 so its only a partial annoyance. It doesnt just appear after anything specific, it slowly gets sore over a few days then subsides about a week or 2 later. Any opinions? I hate not being able to go on rides no longer than 20min on my motorcycle during the summer.

1) Quit jacking off so much. – Pill Poppin Animal
2) That pain can be coming from the tendons of your wrists if they are tight to cause the wrist to be pulled into the forearm bone to cause the pain. You have to free up those tendons by releasing them to get rid of the pain and here’s how to do that:
Wrist:
With hand resting in front of you and your wrist bent half way closed, press down hard slightly behind the wrist and hold that pressure. After 30 seconds slowly open your wrist up as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your wrist open for another 30 seconds.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed. – Douglas B
3) It might be Carpal Tunnel. I have the same symptoms but it’s in ly left wrist. You may have to go to a joint and muscle doctor for them to give you a cast-like bandage to support your wrist. To keep it from bending. – Grace

Question 5
I broke my toe……?… my brother stepped on my toe soo hard and broke it. i have pics but theyre on my facebook. it looks broken and feels relly broken. its the worst physical pain ive ever felt in my life! i even cried alittle! and i know doctors cant do nothin bout it, and im goin ice skating 2 morrow. i hope its not relly broken. anyways on how i can make it feel better til 2morrow? i already drank milk. bleh i gaged doin that shiz!
Answers
1) Well, sorry to say but you can’t have a broken toe be cured by the day after it first got broken. But if you think it’s broken ask an adult first if its broken or not. If it is, I’d take a napkin and wet it with warm water and rest for a little while. Then, I’d try to walk again. If it feels better, then you may be able to go ice skating, if not I wouldn’t be able to. – Mayee Aboelenin
2) Okay, milk isn’t gonna do sh*t if it’s broken, just thought i’d let you know. If your toe is broken, depending on which toe it is, it would be stupid to go ice skating. You need to ice it and rest it as much as possible if it really is broken. If you go to the doctor they might be able to give you a little toe splint or something. I wouldn’t go ice skating if I were you, it’ll just hurt and you’ll end up screwing it up even more. – laxgirl1234
3) Um, don’t ice skate. If it’s not broken, which i doubt, it’s obviously a really bad sprain, which can take weeks to heal. One day is not going to be enough time for it to heal noticeably at all. Likely it’ll be worse tomorrow, because you’ve slept on it and probably walked on it. Remember, injuries often get worse before they get better. – B
