Could you really walk away from this without injury?

Question 1
Could you really walk away from this without injury?…  Now i see in a lot of shows people falling from over 2 stories and running away without an injury what so ever. can this really be done and if so could you say what kind of injuries would occur from lets say 10 feet then 20 then 30 and so on. Thankyou

Answers
1)   Yeah right, only if they landing on feathers – Yeah man!

20 feet you might sprain something

30 feet you would break your legs if you fell without landing on something soft – 00nerd4

I weigh about 95lbs at 5′3 and eat alll the time. I have a fast metabolism. How long will it get out of my system? What will get it out quickly? Do at home drug tests give you the same results the one they give me? It will be a urine drug test btw.

what i suggest (this being things you could do right now because the best would be take detox) is to drink lots and lots of water,

except on the day on the test because they can tell if you are trying to flood your system out.

Also, if you can take it, drink pickle juice.

Or even better than water, cranberry juice (whether it be cran-apple or whatever)

You should be fine if you do any of these.

Good luckk. – beth

Question 5
Why are headaches such a pain?…  I’ve always had at least one head ache a week, but lately it’s been every day.

I already had my period at the beginning of the month. It’s summer, I get enough sleep. I drink enough liquids. I haven’t changed my diet.

Everytime I get a headache, I take 2 Moltrins. After a while of doing this, wouldn’t it have no effect on me?

Do I need to consult my doctor?

WHY AM I GETTING SO MANY?

I do get stressed a lot, I get light headed when there’s a strong scent, sometimes my pony tail is too tight..

Answers
1)   I recommend you to see —-> http://www.all-home-remedies.com

I hope that will resolve your problem, keep using answers.yahoo.com – Lisa K

2)   It is more than likely that the headaches are cervicogenic (caused by the neck)

A physical therapist can help, but before you go, do a few neck stretches with 30 second holds (up, down, left, right, tip left ear to shoulder, tip right ear to shoulder)

Seems like a lot, but this is a 3 minute treatment, which is pretty good – Ben Mcleod

3)   The reason that you are probably getting light headed is because your more sensitive when you have headaches. My guess is that they are due to stress and the Motrin you are taking now isn’t helping because you have probably used so much your body has become immune to it. Youre headaches also may contribute to lack of sleep or any major changes in weather. (which there have been alot of lately) haha Try taking vitamins and just remember to get a healthy amount of sleep Hope you feel better! – Aj Smith

4)   You are on the right track. Head aches come from

•Muscles

•Blood vessels (the arteries and veins that supply the brain, face and scalp with blood and take it away)

•Sinuses

The brain does not have nerve endings that can send pain signals. It can receive signals from other parts of the body, including the scalp and skull, but the brain itself can’t send out a pain message.

So your head aches could be caused by scents, or your pony tail too tight. You need to start being aware of what occurs immediately before your head ache. If the same stimulus is present, you will know what to avoid. – ranger_co_1_75

Question 1
Please read. Could this be worse then we think ?…  So I am asking This for my fiance, He has a port-wine stain birthmark on his Face and it goes behind his ear a bit, I am sure there must have bin like a little freckle there or something and he scratched it. Since then it has swollen up to look like a big mole and it bleeds bad anytime anything rubs against it. He has bin using polysporin for like 2 weeks and nothing is making it better. He does have a doctors app in 2 weeks So my question is should he wait or go in right away Do you think it is anything serious Because my fiance is getting worried ? Thank you

2)   See the Doc asap! – mark

3)   you should probably go in right away. It could just be something minor that they’ll give him something to clear it up or laser it off if they have to, but it could be a form of skin cancer. Don’t be worried, skin cancer is pretty much one of the easiest kinds to treat if you catch it early, which i think you have. they’ll basically just use a laser to take the mole-thingy off and run a few tests on it. – kmbsweetie

2)   I’ll make this easy for you, your back pain is caused by tight muscles in your back and to get rid of that pain you have to release your back muscles. Once you do that the rest of those pains will be gone as well. Here’s how to release them:

Back:

(do from a sitting position)

Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly press on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.

For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed. – Douglas B

3)   Swimming or a warm bath. Positioning yourself with pillows and a heating pad while resting. Try treating the symptoms individually reducing some and hopefully more relief will follow. Some people loose appetite when they do not feel well. Try some saltine crackers or some carrots, small bites just to ease stomach discomfort. Ice chips seem to keep your mouth busy and still help with hydration. good luck – Melanie

Question 3
is it safe to crack my own back and neck without using my hands by just twisting?…  I can crack my back easily just going down left and right it cracks itself very easily. also as my

neck.. should i keep doing that or should i stop? is it safe everytime i do it i feel like kinda painful but relieves the tension. and also i like chiropractors but they too expensive. If its cheaper price ill go since my insurance doesnt cover it paying $40 for 15min. I live in Long beach Ca.

Answers
1)   I would think that it is very unhealthy to do things like that, but im not a chiropractor…so what do i know. just be careful not to damage stuff that is unfixable, like your back…and your neck (haha i made a funny) – Ladnar

2)   Normally it shouldn’t be a problem.

If you keep feeling the need to crack your back it’s because you have tight muscles in it that you should really release and that would take care of the need to keep cracking it. Once the muscles are fully released they don’t usually tighten up again unless there is trauma to them. Here’s how to release your neck and back muscles:

Neck

Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your head. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. After 45 seconds, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds.

– Douglas B

3)   Lucky you, I wish I could still crack my neck & back by myself, yet. Enjoy it while you can. As you get older you won’t be able to it. My chiropractor told me that if you can do it that’s great, but as we get older (& he was right). we aren’t as limber as are we are young. It will not hurt you. By the way, I live in MN & we only pay $27 co-pay & we have no chiropractic care with our insurance. I guess, from what I hear things are much more expensive in California. – Carol

Question 5
I get hemorhoids every month that lasts for about a week?…  I am 22 yrs old and I get hemorhoids every month that lasts for about a week. They hurt and are uncomfortable, should i be concerned? Should i see my doctor if i am getting hemorhoids every month? If i have to get surgery will it hurt? and how long will the healing processes take? Sorry for the many questions!

Answers
1)   Make sure you eat foods to make sure you don’t get/stay constipated. Constipation can cause hemorrhoids while sitting on the can too long.

I would definitely go see a doctor, maybe there are ways to treat them. Good luck! – Cuddlez

2)   Hemorrhoids are when the veins in the anus become engorged with blood and often prolapse to the outside.

These external hemorrhoids are the ones that can be itchy and painful.

You may have internal hemorrhoids that fall out when you move your bowels. Then go back in after a period of time. But don’t actually heal up.

Most people have hemorrhoids for years without any treatment apart from creams to shrink the veins.

Surgery is always a last resort for this problem, as it often reoccurs. Especially in women who get pregnant. As hemorrhoids are so common in pregnancy.

You will be offered medication first.

The surgery, I’ve had it myself, is quiet painful and very uncomfortable. Especially that first bowel movement post surgery.

With taking sitz baths 4 times a day, it takes about one and a half weeks to heal up after surgery. BUT they can easily come back again unless you change your diet, which the Doctor will get you to do as well as the creams. – I do care!

3)   My mother had the surgery and said it is very painful ! – Cora-lee D

Question 2
Do Shots Hurt?????????????????????…  Like When You Take Out Blood?

Can U Compare It Too Something?

How About Vaccines?

Which Hurt More?

Answers
1)   lightly pinching your skin. Most of the pain for me is mental. It really doesn’t hurt that much physically.

Vaccines would hurt a little bit more, but not by much.

Edit: I always look away from the needle when I get a shot. – Mark

2)   drawing blood hurts more than vaccines as long as you look away and start humming something and concentrate on something else you wont really feel anything when you get the vaccine. you can also ask your doctor for this numbing spray that will like almost freeze the top of the skin and it feels like ice on your skin for like 5 seconds and you wont feel the needle at ALL. drawing blood does hurt but just don’t think about it don’t LOOK at it whatever you do and listen to your ipod full blast while they do it to avoid the pain. it doesn’t take long so it’ll be ok. hope this helped! :) good luck – Andi G

3)   I would say it doesn’t really hurt much ….i guess you could say that its uncomfortable when the needle pierces your skin but if the nurse knows what she is doing it should hurt at all…

From personal experience drawing blood is the most unpleasant. – Adriana

4)   Less pain full than snapping your fingers, most likely you wont fill a thing.not long ago for a simple blood test they stuck your finger with a razor and placed your finger right on the microscope slide-that stung. – Alexander

3)   It’s a surface piercing, meaning it has a high rejection rate. A surface piercing in a high movement area (like the wrist) is almost guaranteed to reject, so odds are, it won’t last long.

Make sure your piercer knows about surface piercings and uses the proper jewelry (a custom bent surface barbell). Other than that, just follow the aftercare & make sure you don’t over clean it.

I’m not sure about the laws where you are – you’d need to call up a shop or 2 and ask if they’d pierce you. – ℓάced

4)   DON’T DO IT

that is the worst idea ever

all of that comes with infection problems and it looks discusting – Adriana

Question 4
Should I be worried about chest pain?…  Yesterday afternoon I had this shooting type pain in my right arm that lasted for a few seconds then went away. I didn’t have any other pain at the same time this happened. Not a few minutes later I had a stabbing pain in my right ring finger that would come and go for a few seconds. I haven’t had either of these happen again, but earlier today my left pinky finger and the part of my hand directly below my pinky went numb for no reason (I wasn’t resting on it, no tight clothing to cut the circulation off). This lasted for about 5 minutes and then went away. I just had a few really sharp pains in the left side of my chest w/o any other pains accompanying it. Should I be worried about these problems or just forget about? What could be causing this?

I should note that I’m not on any meds. No change in diet or exercise. I’m at a healthy weight, eat healthy, exercise regularly and I’m only 17. I don’t want to bother my parents when there’s nothing to worry about.

1)   Your chest pain is caused by pinched muscles in your back. When pinched in the rib area the pains like to follow the ribs to the front and manifest themselves there. If the other pains are associated with the back pains I’m not sure, but once you release the back muscles you will know that answer. You have to release your back muscles to get rid of the pain. Here’s how to do that:

Question 3
The more I sleep the more my back hurts . . .?…  Just curious. My lower back never hurts on weekdays. I get about 5 or 6 hours sleep per night. I work a lot. But on Saturday when I can FINALLY sleep in my back kills me when I wake up. We just got a new mattress which I love about 2 weeks ago. This happened before & after the new mattress. I’m just wondering if anyone knows why?

Answers
1)   the doctor know why.go and visit him – Jordany

2)   Yeah, you have pinched muscles in your back causing the pain. You have to release them to get rid of it and once you do it won’t matter what you sleep on you won’t have any pain. Here’s how to release your back muscles:

Back:

(do from a sitting position)

Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder and find the muscles next to your spine and firmly press on them and hold.

– Douglas B

3)   perhaps you are choosing your mattress because you sink into it when lying on it.If you have back problems it should be a firm orthopedic one. While sleeping on the side, put a pillow under the head and one between your legs before bending your knees. This posture has eased the discomfort of many suffering from back pain while sleeping. If turning to sleep on the stomach, then one pillow should be placed under the abdomen and none under the head to maintain good sleeping posture. The back pain while sleeping can extend to the morning at times too and can be helped by some relaxing, stretching exercises to relieve the soreness. – Boris

4)   I also experience lower back pain on days that I sleep more than my usual 7 hours. I am a side, stomach sleeper, and I even wake up and go to roll over and notice the pain because the position I am sleeping in with my legs and hips kind of in a stomach position, but the top half of me is in a side position, and it tweaks my back over farther than usual for a longer period of time. I tried sleeping with a body pillow, or just a pillow between my knees and it seems to alleviate that twist in the back.

Good luck! – mlh7575

Strange pain in Lower abdomen, help please?…  Alright so last night I got this horrible pain my uterus area, like if I laid my hand horizontal right above my pubic bone it covered all of the pain. I could barely walk and started bawling because it hurt so bad. Putting pressure on it helped a little. I thought I was dying. When I got home I put a heating pad on it and it helped a lot. This morning it was a lot better but as soon as I stood up it came back a little, its not as intense but still very uncomfortable. Could I be pregnant? I don’t know what could be going on. It’s not cramps.

I started a new birth control but that was 3 weeks ago so I don’t think that it would just now start to have a bad response from my body. Thanks everyone :-)

2)   You should go see your Doctor…..it could be the birth control or something worse – Dancer

3)   Pinched muscles in the back affect a lot of what goes on in front especially if they press on the nerves for your other organs. That makes those organs go into pains as well so if you have pressure on the ones for your ovaries you can be getting pain there because of the pinched muscles in your back. You have to release the muscles in your back to get rid of these problems and here’s how to do that:

Back:

(do from a sitting position)

Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder and find the muscles next to your spine and firmly press on them and hold.

– Douglas B

What kind of injury does this sound like?

Question 1
What kind of injury does this sound like?…  so, yesterday i was running up the stairs and when i landed on my right foot i felt a weird pain in my lower calf not much above my ankle. now, about 14 hours later, i still can’t really walk on it. or my heal and on up to my calf hurt has a weird shooting pain. if i sit still it feels fine. i have tried stretching my leg, but when i bring my toes up it hurts as well. I’m not very familiar with injuries so i need to know the severenesss of this. I really need to be able to have this back 100% in a week. any help with diagnosis and things to treat it would be greatly appreciated. thanks so much!
and, it doesnt hurt untill i put weight on it. i can move it around and what not and it seems fine but as soon as i stretch or put weight on my calf it hurts.

Answers
1)   The fact you can MOVE it means you haven’t broken it.

It sounds like a sprain, or a crooked nerve.

Remedy: Painkillers and Doctor! :)KBlue

2)   Ankle joint injury, I think. Take few days free from sporting. – Im Smart

3)   Sounds like you might have pulled in muscle or ligament in your shin. I wouldn’t worry about it to much. Stretching will not really help it. The pain should start to go away in about 4-6 days. Same think happen to me when i chased my dog up the stairs a few weeks ago… i though i had fractured something but ends up it was just a pulled muscle. – Max A

4)   yea, its a pulled muscle.

i do that ALL the time. – Rez021938428

5)   Whoever said if you can move it means it isn’t broken is wrong lol I’m a nursing student and trust me if you break something sometimes you can still move it. Depends on what and where you’ve broken something.

Anyway I really don’t think you have broken anything because it’s your muscle that hurts. You may have sprained you ankle with the way you say you landed. But most likely you just over stretched the ligaments in you ankle which could lean to the shooting pain you feel in your calf. You strained the muscles in there and should give that foot plenty of rest. Put ice on it, and elevate it. It should be better in a few days. Good luck! :] – xoxbillyxox

6)   Definitely does sound like you sprained it…keep it elevated, use ice packs, heat, and try not to walk on it so much… I’ve had this happen to me many times. Depending upon how bad the injury is, a week might not be long enough for it to heal.. – Emily Deshong

But if i was in that position then I’d just remember that its probably just as/more awkward for them to, i mean imagine if you were an adult having to examine a teenagers downstairs :/, if its causing you that much worry then you definately need to see a doctor, do some research on the problem first (you might find out what is wrong or whatever) to save yourself the embarassment. and if its infection related you can pick up those sample things and get a text saying if your infected or not so if your not then you wont need to see a doctor. hope you get this sorted :)Rhian Melvin

Question 5
Help! Can you tell me if it sounds like i broke my foot? :/?…  So yesterday i was running in my boyfriend’s backyard and hit the side of my left foot on the side of a brick. I hit it pretty hard because when i went inside i noticed a small puddle of blood on the floor and drips of blood all over his porch. I cleaned it all up last night and was in moderate pain. When i woke this morning it was really red, black and blue. It was also very swollen compared to the other foot and it hurt to walk on it.

I took a hot bath earlier and the pain went down some and now its just really weird feeling when i walk and i prefer not to walk on it because of the feeling. Any ideas what i could have done to my foot? My mom wants me to go have it x-rayed but i don’t really want to. So any advice? :]

Stop Oily Skin This Summer With Kiss My Face Olive Oil Soap

Kiss My Face Soap Bar Olive Oil 8 oz. (Case of 6)

In the summer I have oily skin so I don’t like to use soaps with a lot of moisture in them, because it causes my skin to become really oily, and my face looks as though someone has just threw a bucket of oil all over my face. I have been using Kiss My Face Olive Bar Soap and it works wonders. It gives my face just the right amount of moisture that it needs. Olive oil is a light moisturizer. I believe this soap would be also good for people who have acne. I don’t get those dreaded painful pimples that also come along when you have too much moisture. This is a great soap to use in the summer. It’s nice and light. Plus, it lathers up pretty good too. The color of the soap is a dark green. It doesn’t have a strong smell either, and the 8 oz. bar lasts a while too. It’s a good soap you can use all over your body too. I just focused on the face, because many people have oily skin and they don’t know what kind of soap will be good for it. It really is a good soap to use for your skin. It’s all natural and it has no harsh chemicals. It’s really a soap the whole family can use and enjoy. It’s very gentle on the skin. There’s really nothing negative about this soap. It’s a pretty big bar though. If you consider that a negative. I know some people don’t like really big bars. You just might want to keep a bar in the shower.

What do I do about this never-ending headache?

Question 1
What do I do about this never-ending headache?…  I’ve had headaches on and off for 8 months. My doctor had no idea how to classify them, so he issued an MRI of my head (the results came back totally normal). I had been headache free for the last 3 months when all of a sudden yesterday morning it came back and has not gone away since. In the last 24 hours I have taken 1500mg of acetaminophen and 500 mg of naproxen and the pain has not gone away AT ALL.

Any idea why i could be having headaches?

Why will the pain not go away with OTC meds?

What should I do at this point??

Thank you
Ive had a million blood tests etc.. and they all came back normal as well.

3)   get blood and possibly even urine tests done and have any testing done on those that would cause a headache issue. there could be hundreds of reasons for your headache, including your body’s need for some nutrient or needing to get rid of something in it. – reza

4)   You are suffering from dehydration! Leave off the sodas, tea, and coffee and drink water! After they go away then add a little back to see what your limit is if you want! Right now drink plenty of water and nothing else!!! – son of God

5)   i had the same exact problem and i also had an mri that came back normal.

are you getting enough sleep? like do you take a while to fall asleep or do you wake up alot in the night? do you spend alot of time at a computer or looking at your phone? do you eat alot of sugar, drink alot of caffeine or alcohol?

also, certain foods such as peanut butter can cause headaches.

what helped me was making sure i got at least 8 hours of undisturbed sleep (make sure its dark when you sleep), eating healthier foods and taking vitamins, and moderate exercising. also, if i do get headaches, i take excedrin migraine. – anonymous

6)   I tried Whole Body Vibration Therapy by Hypergravity.net and it really helped not only me but many others. – Josh

7)   Headaches are caused by tight muscles in your neck, the pain is so intense that when the brain receives the message all it feels is pain and you have your headache. Once you release your neck muscles the headache will be gone. Because you seem to have had this for a while you may need to repeat the process if any pain remains. Here is how to release your neck muscles to ger rid of your headache:

With your neck in the lowered position, replace your thumbs in under the ears and your fingers behind your head but right next to your skull this time. Press your fingers and thumbs together again and hold. Relax your body while waiting. When the muscles have all released, slowly lift your head until it’s level again, release the pressure but hold your head like that for another 30 seconds.

For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed. – Douglas B

How Many Concussions Can The Average Person Take? Pls Ans?…  please be honest and accurate, dont try to be scary.

im ok in the long run right?

is the brain a good self healer?

Answers
1)   No the brain is not a good self healer. The fact that you need to ask that indicates that you should probably get your head checked out. – Casey

2)   Concussions are graded trauma to the brain. Concussions are graded by the symptoms exhibited by the patient. Minor concussions only cause slight disorientation and confusion. More serious concussions lead to loss of consciousness and neurological damage

3)   you are rolling the dice on this. a good head wack can be instantly deadly. you can also get an intracranial bleed, and die slowly. if in doubt, see a doc. alive and owing money is better than dead. – David

4)   First, you didn’t have a concussion from being hit in the head and there isn’t anything in the brain to heal.

When you got hit the impact pushed your head one way, your body tried to stop it and the muscles in your neck took the brunt of the impact and tightened up and need to be released. You have what I would call a mini whiplash, nothing more. That is where your headaches are coming from and you can get rid of them by releasing the muscles in your neck by doing this:

– Douglas B

5)   this same problem was going on with my dad, when you get all those concussions you develop these headaches called flash headaches. It is a symptom that will take 1-3 months to cure completely and occurs in people when your around 35-50 years old. It does need to be treated so go to the doctor and he will give you a prescribed pain killer. – wuzzzupppp

what is a greenstem fracture?…

Answers
1)   In a greenstick fracture, the bone cracks but doesn’t break all the way through — like when you try to break a green stick of wood.

A greenstick fracture can be difficult to diagnose, because it may not cause all the classic signs and symptoms of a broken bone. Treatment for broken bones, even incomplete breaks such as a greenstick fracture, requires immobilization of your child’s bone, so that the bone will grow back properly. – Stephanie F

2)   Never heard of a greenstem fracture, but a green stick fracture is found in paediatric patients. The bones in children are slightly more ‘bendy’ then an adults. When they break, they tend to bend as well. – HARW

3)   Its when the arm gets bent and it splinters like what happens if you were to bend a green stick until it broke. They don’t really snap, they just splinter around the outside. They are generally more present in very young children becomes the bones are softer and bend more. – Justin

Question 5
I only have two days worth of Cephalexin 500 mg and I’m pretty sure I have a UTI will that help it go away?…  this along with alot of water and cranberry juice and maybe cranberry pills and yougart pills.

Answers
1)   It would help, seeing as Cephalexin can be used to treat UTI’s, but the problem is 2 days will definitely not be enough to treat a UTI. I’m in college (dental hygiene program, so they teach us about meds all the time with all our science classes we have to take) and was taught that doctors usually give AT LEAST a full week of an antibiotic to treat a UTI. Some doctors even do a full 2 weeks to ensure all the bacteria are killed.

So you really should go to your doctor. Cranberry juice and all that are good helpers, but they alone usually won’t treat the UTI. Some people believe they are capable of curing the UTI though, so it MAY work, but I think a doctor would be best. – Allie

2)   No your gonna need more like a substantial amount. You cant just dump in a ton to drown it out. You take some over an extended period of time. But if u think u have a UTI consult a doctor soon before it gets worse. – Chris

3)   NO!!!! Don’t take the Cephalexin. It will make you worse since you only have 2 days worth. Take apple cider vinegar. I promise you it will work! My dog had a UTI last week and I gave her acv and AZO Cranberry. She’s as good as new! I might also add that antibiotics cause an overgrowth of candida(yeast).

"Many people treat UTIs at home with apple cider vinegar as an alternative to prescription medication. Apple cider vinegar contains a high concentration of enzymes that prevent the bacteria that cause UTIs from multiplying or growing.

Mix 1 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar with 8 oz. of water. You can also mix in 1 tsp. of honey to make it more drinkable. Drink this mixture up to three times a day, along with lots of water to flush out your system. If your symptoms worsen or you do not see an improvement within a few days, you should consult your doctor."

4)   If you don’t have health insurance, and that’s why you’re worried about getting more medication, go to an Urgent Care Center. If they don’t have one in your community go to the Emergency Department.

If you have an illness that will get worse w/out treatment, they have to treat you in most places. – catlover

Question 4
Something in my eye but it comes and goes. Severe pain, Just want my eyeball out right now helllppp!!?…  At first it felt like something got in my left eye. The pain was severeee at first. I flushed it with water & tried eye drops but it still hurt. It went away for about 30 minutes then all of the sudden it started again. Now for about 24 hours, it has come & gone. It feels like a big chunk of something is stuck behind my eye ball. My eyes start to water uncontrollably and my left nostril gets stopped up. I’ve never had allergies before. This is ridiculously annoying. I can’t sleep or anything. I just want to go have my eye ball taken out!! That’s how bad it is right now. Why does it come and go? Is something really stuck in my eye? Or is it allergies? PLEASE HELP! If not, I may be losing my eyeball today!!

2)   sounds like you scratched the surface of the eyeball, hurts a lot. Only way to know is go an optometrist or eye doctor.

sorry, but call around and go today. – roughedges

3)   Do you have a headache to go with this or any other head pains? I’ve had pain on what felt like the back of my eyeball because of headaches. The muscles for your neck go all the way to the top of your head and when they get tight they can press on the nerves of your eyes as they pass by on their way to the eye center at the back of your head. Once you release the muscles in your neck they won’t be pressing into those nerves anymore and the pain should be gone. Here’s how to release those muscles in your neck:

– Douglas B

Question 2
What in the heck is going on?…  Alright, this is going to sound like the last words of a schizophrenic before being admitted to the loony bin but here goes. The past week I have noticed someone has been following me. Last Tuesday when I went to work I had a black SUV follow me all the way to work. I didn’t think much o it at the time. But when I got home it was parked down the street. The next morning it was there, an I was trailed to work yet again. I told some of my coworkers and they merel laughed it off saying it was probably just an angry ex girlfriend or something. When I left work the SUV followed me for a fourth time. When I got home I called the police and told them about what was happening. They came to my house and one of the two officers went to the SUV and talked with the driver. As soon as he came back to my driveway they left instantly and all they would say was, "Ignore it." I got absolutely no explanation whatsoever and was irate. On thursday I did not see the SUV in the morning. But when I stopped for gas in the evening I saw it parked down the avenue. Friday it was a no show. I have absolutely no idea who this is. It is pissing me off! Tomorrow I am carpooling so I will see what happens. This is just so weird!

4)   Could be a PI or someone else in law enforcement. Would anyone have a reason for following you? You could grow a set and go up and ask why their following you. – Lumber

5)   Oh my. That sounds crazy. I mean just to be optimistic… maybe it is for your protection? EEK! Like someone else said, is there any chance that someone in your household is involved with drugs or anything like that?

Best of luck tomorrow. Also, maybe you could consider staying in a hotel or something for a night or two if it really starts freaking you out and you have the money. – blackskittles8238

Question 3
I’m feeling really dizzy lately.?…  Lately I’ve been really dizzy but it’s gotten worse tonight. It’s not like the whole room is spinning but more of I’m having trouble "balancing" if you will. I feel like when I step forward I’ll just keep falling forward but I catch myself in time. Other times I somewhat fall to the side. I do have a history of migraine headaches that are controlled by a prescription- Topamax. I do drink plenty of water daily and get enough meat and veggies so I don’t know what could be causing this.
I did smack my head on a car while getting into it yesterday which hurt pretty bad but this started a few days before that. I haven’t been sneezing or have had any allergy attacks for quite a while and I fee perfectly fine(not sick) other than this off balance feeling.

Answers
1)   Go to a doctor, tomorrow!!!! – Lumber

2)   It could just be allergies. So perhaps try taking allergy medicine. But have you hit your head lately? If so you could be suffering from head trauma. Or maybe you are just sick. – Dingoman013

3)   Do you think it is the Topamax? I get dizzy sometimes too, and I can’t really decide what it is from… I take Topamax too. – blackskittles8238

4)   A balance problem is often due to an ear infection and that can also cause dizziness. – Susan Yarrawonga

Question 5
Numbness on right side of body?…  Earlier today as I laid down for a nap, I felt a slight pressure in one little part of my head in the back (about the size of a quarter). Absolutely no pain, just pressure.

A minute or so later, the right side of my face went numb. then my leg, then my arm and foot.

Again, no pain, just numb.

I also got very cold and shivered severely.

After going to the ER, CT scan came back negative, as did blood tests.

I was advised to see a neurologist for an MRI

I’m only 17, a female, and right now I feel perfectly fine except for a pins and needles sensation in the lower half of my right leg. kind of like when your leg falls asleep.

it might also be worth adding that I am severely sleep deprived and drink excessive amounts of caffeine a day (several cups of coffee a day as well as tea at night)

I’m aware that the caffeine is why I haven’t been sleeping, but is it possible that the mixture of sleep deprivation and/or excessive coffee intake could be it?

or just any ideas or theories whatsoever?

:( I’m really scared…
